Sunday was the Great New England Air Show at Westover ARB. Due to living so close to Westover, I attended the air show there, and met the famous Thunderbirds!

Here's a photograph of me (before I got that 2nd-degree sunburn) with an M16A2 and an M203 Grenade Launcher. They had a flack-vest at the table and a helmet. They let me try it on and I put the M16 strap on me (the Marines at the booth helped me put everything on correctly).

Once I had everything on... I was pretending to shoot, move, change stance, and reload. The Marines stared at me and I said I had practice. They said, "Oh, I can see!" I asked me aunt to to take a photograph of me in this stance. I enhanced it and now... here it is.

Ironic how this new photograph is replacing my old photograph and it's of the same thing... except I have an M16 and I'm in desert camouflage (my other photograph had me with an M249 SAW and woodland camouflage).

dude, when i get home on tuesday, im going to educate you on this stuff. dont worry, i still give you props on the cardboard collections. heheh i like the picture though.

Thanks XD Question, are you combat-trained? I mean, beyond the basics of what they teach you at Basic.

im no kung fu master, im just a qualified tank mechanic now. I havent recieved any top notch training. I do know a little combatives so i can choke someone out if i had to. so, no. Im no spec. ops material. heheh.

Okay, well, do you know how to perform a Center Peel? ... if ya know what that is.

give me a scenario, ive probably done it, only it wasnt called a center peel. I know such formations such as wedge, line and how to peel away from pulling security around objects such as buildings, vehicles and small villages.

yeah, im more of clearing rooms and such. I also have trouble using the M4 Carbine, its too short for me, i have to use the M-16 or equivalent.
